Shri Saraswati-Gyanmayi Vigyanmayi
महा सरस्वती ज्ञानमयी विज्ञानमयी हैं, पूर्ण ज्ञान का स्त्रोत हैं। सरस्वती देवी वाकदेवी एवं सकल कलाधिष्ठात्री के रूप में भी मान्य हैं अर्थात् वे वाक्षक्ति एवं कला की देवी हैं। सरस्वती अपने भक्तों को बाणी सिध्दि, पूर्ण ज्ञान तथा कला के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में महारथ प्रदान करती हैं।
श्री सरस्वती सहस्रनाम सरस्वती देवी के १००० गुण हैं। सरस्वती का प्रत्येक नाम अत्यन्त महिमाकारी है और चेतना का एक-एक गुण है। सरस्वती के सहस्रनामों का पाठ या श्रवण करने वाले की चेतना में और वातावरण में सरस्वती देवी के समस्त गुणों का जागरण होता है।
श्री सरस्वती अष्टोत्तर शतनामावली में सरस्वती माता के १०८ नाम हैं। इन नामों का उच्चारण करते हुए सरस्वती देवी को श्वेत कमल अर्पित किये जाते हैं। श्री सरस्वती अष्टकम् एक सिध्द स्त्रोत है जो श्री सरस्वती जी को प्रसन्न करने वाला है।
फलश्रुति के अनुसार सरस्वती सहस्रनाम और स्तोत्रों के पाठ या श्रवण से उपासकों को पूर्ण ज्ञानघन, कला के सभी क्षेत्रों में मूर्धन्यता और अनन्त क्रिया शक्ति की प्राप्ति होती है। शुक्रवार महासरस्वती का दिन माना गया है अतः सरस्वती जी के सहस्रनाम और स्तोत्र शुक्रवार के दिन सुनने की अनुशंसा की जाती है।
