Shri Kishkindhakanda
श्री किष्किन्धाकाण्ड श्री रामचरित मानस का चतुर्थ अध्याय है।
किष्किन्धा वन से विचरते हुए श्रीराम की भेट श्री हनुमान एवं वानरों के राजसुग्रीव से हुई। सुग्रीव श्री राम के अभिन्न मित्र बन गये और श्रीराम ने दया एवं करुणा पूर्वक सुग्रीव का खोया हुआ राज्य उन्हें वापस दिलाया।
इस सीडी में विभिन्न प्रसंगों के भावना स्वरूप चौपाई एवं दोहों को गंर्धववेद की अलग-अलग रागों-आसावरी, बिहाग, भूपाली, वृन्दावनी सारंग, देस, हन्सध्वनि, कलावती, कल्याण, तिलक कामोद और रामायण की परम्परागत धुनों में स्वरबद्ध किया गया है।
Shri Kishkindhakanda is the forth chapter (kanda) of Shri Ramcharitmanas.
Lord Ram traveling through forest of Kishkindha has met Shri Hanuman and King of Monkeys Sugreeva. The King has become friend os Shri Ram, who showered kindness and compassion on Sugreeva and bestowed Sugreeva his lost kingdom on him.
In this recording (CD), the various sections or topics treated in the Kishkindhakand are composed in different Ragas of Gandharva Veda, such as Asawari, Bihag, Bhupali, Brindavani Sarang, Des, Hansdhwani, Kalawati, Kalyan, Tilak Kamod, as well as in treaditional melodies associated with the Ramayana. These various melodies reflect the corresponding moods or qualities expressed in the text.
Friendship, kindness and compassion of Shri Ram are expressed very beautifully in Shri Kishkindhakanda.
